If you have pain in your hands and wrists but the doctors cannot find a reason for the pain that is GOOD NEWS!
The reason it is good news is because that almost always means the cause of your pain is muscles. And muscles can be treated. 🙂
The muscles in your
lower arms can be a big part of the reason for your hand and wrist pain. Sometimes hand and wrist pain also comes from the muscles on the sides of your neck.
Do you think you have a ‘forward head’ posture? Do you hunch over? If so, it can be those neck muscles.
My next suggestion is to make sure you are in a good, neutral position when you work at a table, sit or stand. Make sure your work station fits you so you don’t have to scrunch over. Sometimes your car seat or headrest pushes your head forward. Sometimes the back of your chair or couch leans too far back.

Having a strong back and neck will help you have less pain in your hands.
And if you examine your lower arms by rubbing and pressing into the muscles, you will find tender areas. Those tender areas are probably the cause of your pain.
If you press into them, pinch them or massage them they can start to relax and you can start getting rid of the pain in your wrists and hands naturally.
