Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a collection of symptoms. You may have one or more things causing your symptoms. Symptoms are such things are numbness, tingling or pain.
Here is a list of questions to ask yourself:
1. How is your posture? Posture that is collapsing forward can cause carpal tunnel pain.
2. Where is your head? A forward head can cause hand and wrist pain.
3. What position do you work or play in? Do you strain muscles in certain positions?
4. Do you have vitamin or mineral deficiencies? Is your diet healthy or not so much?
5. Is your back
strong? Or is it weak? A weak back causes poor posture and poor posture causes, well, you know…
6. Do you stretch the muscles in the front of your body to give them a break?
7. Do you exercise to balance your muscles? Strong in back and long in front.
8. Do you have a lean or twist in your body? Is one shoulder more forward or lower than the other?
9. Do you sleep in a neutral position?
10. Did you know that do-it-yourself massage can make a huge difference?
