Does Hand Exercise Cure Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Does hand exercise cure Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?  A comment came to me which said, “with continuous and correct hand movement and medication” carpal tunnel symptoms can be cured.

The only problem is…Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)
is NOT usually caused by the area around the carpal tunnel. Neither is
it caused by a deficiency of medication.

Even though researchers and doctors in conventional medicine look for a treatment, they are not usually looking for the cause. Without paying attention to the cause–but only looking at the symptoms–they cannot get rid of CTS naturally.

You see, natural treatment for CTS (or any other disorder) just doesn’t have much profit in it and that’s what drug companies and doctors like: a treatment that generates profit.

While there are some doctors who are very caring and giving and are not interested in money, there

are others who came became doctors to have the ability to earn lots of money.  That’s okay.  They worked hard to get to that point.

(If you would like to hear an interview with a doctor who isn’t into money, listen to this recorded interview with Dr. Patch Adams.  It starts with some technical difficulty, so just hang on and it will work.)

And researchers are often drug (pharmaceutical) companies or paid by drug companies.  How do drug manufacturers make money?  By solving problems (to the best of their ability) with drugs.

It is true that movement can aggravate or eliminate carpal tunnel type
symptoms in the hands.

Movement or exercise is a very good thing:  you were born to move.

It is true that swelling inside the carpal tunnel can cause symptoms.
Swelling itself is not a cause, however. Swelling is a sign that something
else
is causing the swelling.

You just have to figure out the cause(s) of your symptoms and then take action to get rid of them. Here, we are after natural relief for carpal tunnel pain.  Relief naturally. 🙂
