Get Carpal Tunnel Pain Relief By Improving Your Posture

Can poor posture cause Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Carpal tunnel pain and symptoms always have a cause.  They don’t happen without a reason.  All symptoms have a cause.

(Symptoms are things like pain, tingling, numbness, headache or backache.)

As it turns out, poor or “collapsed” posture is a chief cause of many pain symptoms including those in your hand, arm and wrist.

Like everything else, poor posture has causes, too.

Muscles that have shortened in the front of the body will pull you forward.  Weak back muscles will allow you to collapse forward.

Today at Carpal Tunnel Radio the conversation was about posture:  How do you know whether your posture is poor or good?  What can you do to correct poor posture?  How did you start to collapse?  Here’s an article with answers at Simple Pain Relief.

You used to have perfect posture and you can again.  Almost all little children have perfect posture.  But then, for various reasons, many of us start to lose it.  We start to collapse.  Then we get pain. 🙁

But, here’s the good news:  Your body is very smart and wants to be well and symptom-free.  It just needs a little help from you.  By educating yourself, you can discover what you need to do to get your straight, strong body back.

There is a lot of information for you at Simple Strengthening that will help you improve your posture (simply, of course!)

When you have a strong back, the short muscles in the front of your body won’t always be able to win the tug-of-war and pull you forward.

When your posture is more upright and neutral, like it was when you were a little child, you will have less pain in your hand, wrists and arms (and all over, too.)

A strong body will give you natural carpal tunnel pain relief.  If you click that link, you’ll discover an easy-to-use self-help program that I created just for you!
