Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: What Causes Carpal Tunnel Symptoms?

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a whole body problem or issue.  It’s not something that happens at your wrist or in your arm only.  Your carpal tunnel is attached to your whole body.  Your WHOLE body.

You are not a bunch of parts; you are one unit.  Every part of you is attached to every other part!

If you go to the “Categories” here and look through the category for “Causes” you will find lots of reasons for carpal tunnel symptoms.  It is not always caused by muscles but it IS always something that is going on in your WHOLE body (unless you had a crushing injury to your wrist.)

Something is causing pressure in your wrist if you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  That may be true.  But if you only treat your wrist–with surgery or massage or other therapies–and you keep having your symptoms, that means the problem is NOT in your wrist.

Almost always, the problem or cause isn’t in your wrist.  That is why symptoms often come back within a couple of years after surgery slightly more than half the time–if they are relieved by surgery in the first place!

The cause of your symptoms is somewhere else in your body and it needs to be relieved before you can feel better.

By getting rid of the cause(s) of your hand, wrist and arm symptoms your whole body will feel better.  Why?  Because Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a whole body condition.

When you understand and treat the possible causes of carpal tunnel pain, you can have natural relief.
