What Can You Do Today To Get Rid Of Your Carpal Tunnel Pain?

What does carpal tunnel syndrome mean?  It means that you have a bunch of symptoms which, all together, comprise a syndrome.

A syndrome is a collection of symptoms.

Symptoms can be pain, numbness, nerve sensations, feelings of coldness in an area, a runny nose, a headache…you get the picture.

Symptoms are caused by something.  Not just any old random “something.”  Carpal tunnel symptoms, or carpal tunnel syndrome, are very often caused by…

Poor or weak posture.

Is your posture straight and upright?  Or, are you collapsed forward?

Collapsed posture will cause carpal tunnel syndrome (and other pain, too.)

Do you have pain in your shoulders and neck?  Headaches?  Maybe heart palpitations?  Is it hard to “sit up straight?”  Those are all symptoms of collapsed, or “forward head,” posture.
