Carpal Tunnel Pain Relief – Steps for Simple Movements to Reduce Your Carpal Tunnel Symptoms

Carpal tunnel pain?  Relief can be yours, often with simple movements.

Many doctors and therapists look at the area of pain and that’s the area they treat.

But carpal tunnel syndrome is often a whole body issue so treatment should be geared to your whole body.  (That’s all covered in my Carpal Tunnel Tool Kit.)

Here are some things you can do with your whole body that will help give you carpal tunnel pain relief.

  • Move your wrists, arms and hands in many different positions.
  • Stretch your hands and arms in the opposite direction of the one you are usually in.
  • Open your hands and your fingers.
  • Lift and roll your shoulders, especially backward.
  • Lift your breastbone.
  • When you walk, swing your arms.  Sometimes let them be straight and sometimes hold them with bent elbows and “pump” your arms as you walk.

Using your muscles in many different ways helps

your lymph fluid to move through your body.  Lymph fluid that gets “stuck” around your wrist causes swelling.

Swelling causes carpal tunnel symptoms.  Moving helps reduce swelling and less swelling means less pain.

It took a while for you to develop your symptoms and, unfortunately, they won’t go away overnight.  Interestingly, though, some people do get pretty quick relief as soon as they change a movement pattern or posture! Like, pretty quick!

Your symptoms can go away with natural methods (for most people.)  You really can have carpal tunnel pain relief, naturally.  I’d like to invite you to look at my Carpal Tunnel Tool Kit to discover some helpful information.
