Natural Ways To Get Rid Of Pain In Your Middle Finger

Do you have pain in your middle finger?  You can get rid of it naturally!

Try this:  Explore the muscles on the palm side of your lower arm and the opposite side of your lower arm.  Press thoughtfully into the arm up near the elbow.  The muscles and tendons for your fingers run way up almost to your elbow!

Press in and see whether you

can find any really tender places.  You will have to apply enough  pressure that you can find them.  Just lightly touching the skin won’t help.  You have to connect with the muscles.

On a scale of 1 – 10 you will want to apply enough pressure to cause discomfort of about a “7”.  More than that is too much.

When you do find tender places, hold them for about 12 seconds.  A tender place should start to become less tender as you hold the spot.  If it does, that means the muscle is relaxing.  🙂

Also, explore the front of your chest and your upper arm in front near the armpit.  Tight muscles  in those areas can cause finger pain, too.  You might be surprised at all of the referral sensations when you press into your chest muscles and near the breastbone.

And, there are muscles in the back of your hand between the bones that can cause middle finger pain, too. By using a narrow tool–maybe a finger tip or a pencil eraser–you can press into the space between the bones of the hands to explore and treat them.

Whenever you find tender muscles that means they are tight.  Tight muscles cause pain or other symptoms in your fingers and hands.

Exploring the muscles in and around your arm and chest can help you figure out which ones are causing the pain in your middle finger.  Treating those tender muscles can help you get rid of the pain in your middle finger naturally.
