Pain On The Outside Of Your Wrist

Do you have pain on the outside of your wrist?  Or do you have pain when you try to rotate or turn your hand?  Here’s a natural cure to try:

There are muscles all around your lower arm and hand.

1.  Rotate your hand so your palm faces the ceiling (your thumb will be pointing away from you.)

2.  Pinch the outer edge of your hand (baby finger edge.)  Any tenderness there?  If so, keep pinching up and down your hand–from wrist to little finger.

3.  Pinch the outer edge of your arm.  Start close to your wrist and work your way toward your elbow.  Lift the muscle rather than only pinching the skin.  You want to make contact with the trouble-maker–the muscle.

If you have tender areas along the outer edge of your lower arm,

keep on a-pinching!

When muscles are tight, they feel tender.  When you “pinch” them it helps increase circulation.  That relaxes the muscles and your pain can go away.

If you don’t have any tenderness there, my guess is that you are not getting into the muscle with your pinching.  Try to grasp more tissue or meat (muscle) between your finger and thumb and see if you can find the tender areas.

After you have finished “massaging” your outer hand and arm muscles, pay attention:  Is the pain on the outside of your wrist gone?  Can you rotate or turn your hand without pain?

If the answers are “yes”–Good Job!  You got rid of your wrist pain naturally!
