Walking Is A Natural Cure For Carpal Tunnel Pain

You were built to walk!  And walking can get rid of so many aches and pains but what if you have too many aches and pains to start a walking program?

Let me tell you Rosalie’s story.  Rosalie literally walked away from pain.  She also improved her health tremendously!  I love telling her story.

When she first started, she couldn’t walk more than a few yards.  She had a lot of health problems when she started although she didn’t have carpal tunnel pain.  All of her health problems (which were pretty significant) got much better!  🙂

When you walk and do it correctly (did you know there was a wrong way to walk?) you

move and exercise your whole upper back, chest and arms.  You get the blood circulating and the lymph fluids moving when you pump your arms.

When you use your arms correctly as you walk, you use all of the muscles that can cause carpal tunnel symptoms.

What’s the correct way to use your arms?  Pretend you are going to shake hands with someone.  Your thumb is turned up, right?  That’s the correct position for your thumb when you walk.

And then your arms should swing beside your body straight down from your shoulder.  This means your arms and hands should not pass across the front of your body; they stay at your sides.

Walking can be part of your program to get rid of your carpal tunnel pain and to feel better all over naturally.
